We most recently went on a Saturday around 6:15, although we've now been here a few times.
The good:
The food is excellent, some of the best seafood in the area. I come back here just for that reason. Everything is fresh, the sides are great, and they do a good job creating unique recipes for each type of fish.
The service is also very good, with quick and attentive waitstaff. The minor exception is that it took a little while for our food to come out, which we probably wouldn't have noticed if we were busy in conversation. Decor is pleasant, clean, and not too dark.
Which brings us to...
The not-so-good:
The noise level inside the restaurant is painfully high. Don't expect to be able to carry on a conversation unless you're practically yelling at the person seated across from you. I noticed they also have a downstairs bar/seating area that's a bit more quiet, but I don't know how one might ask for that, I suspect it's just for large parties.
We were seated at high-top tables for two. I don't know why restaurants continue to design with these: they're uncomfortable, with no back support and legs dangling. The reservation system through OpenTable is confusing and it isn't clear how one would request a regular table.
Parking can be difficult on weekends. We spent 15 minutes driving around looking for a space. Not really the restaurant's fault, but something to plan for.
Bathrooms are down a flight of stairs. I'm not sure if there's any provision for a handicapped person, so something to be mindful of.
The $25 per-person charge for a cancelled or no-show reservation seems high, but I guess that's how things are these days.
