We are a high-low, fine-casual concept making simple, seasonal American cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of Italy, France, & Spain.

Expect to see dishes that you are used to seeing at fancy restaurants & some you would typically find at a drive-thru or dive bar. but they all are served on a plate from Goodwill.

Our menus are ever-changing, not just by the season but by the day. we embrace change, creativity & inspiration every chance we get.

For groups of 2 people, we recommend ordering 4-6 dishes from the three sections of the menu (depending on how hungry you are!). for example - 2 snacks, 1 small share plate, & 1 large share plate.

The food is designed to be enjoyed family-style. As such, your food will be coursed out as we see fit. for groups ordering individually, we will do our best to get your order out all at once, but you may experience some slightly longer wait times.

Best restaurant meal we've had in ages. We particularly liked the halibut. Cavier on crackers with various herbs was wonderful too.

Food: wonderful and interesting. They do everything great from fish to meat to vegetables. The squash dish with a sort of sweet / savory / spicy topping was excellent. So was the black cod and the bavette steak. Pricing was as it would be for what they are serving, though Bellinghamsters are notoriously cheap when it comes to restaurants so we will see how Roe goes over. The service was excellent, good recommendations and attentive. The atmosphere was ok - the space has been lightened up with light furniture and walls, since the spaces last incarnation Ciao Thyme. I personally don’t care for that in a dinner setting, and ouch hard chairs! And not enough soft made for a loud space that could use some sound dampening, hence the less one star for ambiance. Definitely will go again.

Okay, Mads was a terrific server. The food was so thoughtfully prepared and delicious. Literally cannot wait to go back!

Nice to have a good new restaurant in Bellingham. Staff was friendly and food was interesting and tasty. Kind of a loud environment though with the kitchen being open to the restaurant.

Excellent food and ambience. A bit loud but what can you do? Wine list needs improvement but I'm thinking they'll get there. All in all this is a great addition to Bellingham and I hope they do well!

The staff were attentive and accommodating. The food sounded intriguing. But for us, everything was a near miss. Each dish seemed to lack something... But we couldn't figure out what. Maybe too ambitious? The place has a beautiful ambiance, but it is also chilly and loud.

Outstanding food and excellent, attentive service. This is definitely a "reservations highly recommended" place. Quite busy for a Wednesday night. We are definitely going back.
