Hello!

Root Down and the Edible Beats Family (Root Down, Linger, Vital Root & El Five) are very grateful to welcome you to our restaurant.

Our menu features eclectic, globally-influenced seasonal cuisine, with a focus on organic, natural and locally-sourced ingredients.

Our interior dining space has the classic vibe of a neighborhood restaurant, while our large main patio offers picturesque views of the near neighborhood and downtown skyline.

Reservations are available online at ediblebeats.com, as well as OpenTable. We happily accept walk-ins as availability allows.

Our space is available for private events year round, please inquire with us directly for information.

Please be aware we are located in a residential area, and parking is available in the near neighborhood, along with a small paid-lot located directly across the street from our location.

    Great food and service as always. We really appreciated the staff taking food restrictions (allergy) seriously too - you can’t always tell what’s in a dish based on the description and their extra effort to check full ingredient lists and swap out sauces was 💜. Thanks and we’ll continue to come back.

    We took visitors from Napa and they loved one of our favorite local restaurants. Food was delicious and service was on point. Great experience for all involved.

    The Rockfish was a tasty explosion in my mouth! Hands down the best entree I have had at the top restaurants in Denver! The arepa was amazing as well. It was a deconstructed presentation, and so flavorful!

    Every meal I have had is excellent with high quality nutrition and amazing blend of flavors. Had a wonderful birthday dinner! The Avacado key lime pie was amazing too!

    I really enjoy this restaurant. Hip and has a great view from the patio. They could expand the wine selection at the bar. But the mixed drinks are good. Again could definitely offer a few more wines.

    We have loved Root Down for years! They always deliver, with amazing food and drinks, and service. We so look forward to every time we are able to come! I like the eclectic decor of the place, but wish they’d get rid of the blurry-photo tabletops they have. They feature weird old 50s foods, and are not particularly appetizing.

    Went for brunch and everything was delicious! The patio was heated and not too cold. Amazing staff and service.
