Apparently 3x new chefs were on today, but none of them could cook. Took them 30 mins to pop down to Coles and put some marinated olives on a plate and waited over 1 1/2 hours for a pizza. Oh for Castro's

The fit out since last year was just beautiful. The staff were young and inexperienced but were lovely especially the boys. Cooper and his American buddy were great. The food was average. The mushroom toast was ordinary. The arrancini balls were inedible ( don’t order them) the fish was burnt!! The pizza was stone cold. I’m sure they all tried their best but it was a very ordinary experience for us.

The food and service was good. We were dissappointed they had run out of peroni and mozarella as it is an Italian resataurant. We sat outside next to the disabled car park and cars were pulling up all night leaving their lights shining on us while they went and collected their takeaways from the restaurant. I would recommend sitting inside.

Thank you for the feedback Christine. Sorry to have run out of a couple of things on this occasion, the restaurant has been very busy, but we do our best to always have adequate stock on hand. We hope you can join us again soon.

The food is fresh and delicious, have tried the pizzas and they are all great, have tried the tasting plates and equally fresh and very tasty, cocktails are made with love and are fabulous, service is of the highest quality and the ambience is light and bright.

I absolutely love spicy and honey pizzas! They’re an excellent choice, especially when catering to a large group.

We had a lovely dinner at Rosa! Everything was perfect! Delicious food, great location, fantastic refurb and attentive, friendly staff. Welcome addition to Coolum’s dining scene. We will definitely be back
