   We loved RosaNegra for the food and service. Ruby took great care of us and knew everything about the dishes and drinks. We will be going back on our next trip to Miami.

   Rosa Negra was such a fun experience! The Latin music was on point — super lively, great energy, and people were up dancing all night. The food was delicious too, and the whole place just had a really fun, electric vibe. The only downside was the wait. We had a 9:45 reservation but didn’t get seated until almost an hour later, and it took a while just to check in since there was a line and a bouncer. But once we got in, we had an amazing time. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for a fun night out in Miami!

   The food wasn’t great. They put a creamy sauce on all of their dishes. They should put the sauce on the side or at least mention to the clients that there is a sort of mayo sauce on their dishes…it was even on the Carpaccio di manzo which for me as a real Italian…is super weird

   Food was average at best drinks were not good didn't drink any of my drink all the waitress and it was not compt you pay $60 for a 9 oz filet it should be a filet it was very dry felt very rushed also I like plates cleared but I don't like people hovering while I'm still eating and trying to remove plates would probably not return

   I had an excellent experience at the restaurant. The atmosphere was truly remarkable, the food was outstanding, and the service was spot on. My only concern was with the margaritas, which lacked flavor and a noticeable presence of alcohol. I had ordered two margaritas featuring Don Julio 1942 Tequila, costing $136 in total, but I ended up returning them for a different type, which I still paid for. However, at the end of the evening, the manager approached me and generously offered two additional margaritas to enhance my experience. Overall, this is an incredible establishment.

    Great ambiance. Fun dinner party vibe after 9p. & fire dancers. Waitor was a little in a rush and seemed all over the place but when someone else came to the table they were kind. Appetizers were soooo good octopus and tuna tostada and chicarron. Salmon for dinner and potatoes were really good too
