The extensive menu features prime steaks by Meats by Linz, fresh seafood and Italian specialties.     My wife and I dined at the Rosebud for her birthday. Food, service and atmosphere was superb! We were offered a complimentary dessert- the brown sugar cake- which was delicious. Steak was great and they even offered for us to “share” as neither my wife or I need to eat 12 ounces of meat. Cocktails were excellent and we ended the night with a glass of 20 year port. We have visited multiple Chicago area steakhouses and the value which the Rosebud delivered makes it our favorite pick.

    Amazing experience as always. Seated promptly in a perfect area. Our waiter Thomas was friendly and helpful. Our sommelier (don’t know his name but I know he’s from Greece) was extremely fun and great to talk to!! And he gave us some drink and travel recommendations which was cool. The food and wine absolutely delicious. My salmon picatta was perfect and ky husband loved his filet.

    The food was great but service was lacking. Empty glasses a few times during the meal. I’m not sure if bread needed to be ordered or not, but it looked like everyone around us got bread but we didn’t. All the dirty dinner plates were stacked in front of me and silverware almost fell off into my lap. The hostess was fantastic and was running around keeping things moving on her end. We would go back, it might have just been an off night.

    It is a great restaurant. It was our first time here and the food and service was top notch! The filet was super tender and cooked to perfection. The sides are generous and 2-3 people can share them.

    Yet another fabulous experience! We only make it to Rosebud Steakhouse a couple times a year, but each time we're greeted warmly by familiar faces. This time it was our wedding anniversary, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the evening perfect Looking forward to finding another reason to drop in soon!

    Eddie was our server. Lots of experience and knowledge. Did a great job. We do not live in Chicago, but visited often several years ago. Had not been to Rosebud Steakhouse since 2015. We are very happy to find this place still going strong. Wonderful food and wonderful service. We will be happy to return. Wishing great success to the new ownership/chef!

    Delicious salmon, cooked perfectly to order on the rare side. Amazing sides and to-die-for carrot cake—super fluffy & light caramel & ice cream. WOW
