LUNCH :
Thursday 11:30 AM first seating - 2:30 PM last seating.
DINNER A LA CARTE :
Thursday 4 PM first seating to 7:30 PM last seating.

FRIDAY and SATURDAY LUNCH:
Friday and Saturday 11:30 AM first seating - 2:00 PM last seating.

FRIDAY and SATURDAY 5 COURSE DINNERS - $150/Pers -21 & Over:
4:30pm to 7pm (PATIO DINNER) & 7:00PM to 9:30PM (MAIN ROOM DINNER)
(A la carte Menu NOT SERVED during 5 courses).

SUNDAY:
PIZZA and GNOCCHI ALL DAY from 11:30 to 2.:30 PM and 4 PM to 7:30 PM.

MONDAY:
DINNER A LA CARTE : 4 PM to 7:30 PM

For Regular A LA CARTE Menu days a $30/person strict Last Minute/NON SHOW Cancellation Policy.

    Join us for an ITALIAN CULINARY NIGHT in Newberg, OR! The Purest Italian cuisine & wine pairing masterfully created by chef Dario. The event is a 21 & over (ID REQUIRED) with 2 seating at 5 PM & 7:30 PM. Doors open 30 minutes prior for cocktails. Friday is Oregon Wines & Saturday is Italian Wine Pairing! Chef Dario will guide you through a 5 Courses dinner, with his authentic Italian accent, fun storytelling & wine knowledge. The ticket price ($150) includes 5 courses meal paired with 5 different wines. A cancellation fee of $75/Person apply for 72HRS cancellation & $150/Person (FULL DINNER PRICE) for 48HRS or LAST MINUTE/NO SHOW.                                     Easy to make the reservation online (though limited open spots) through Open Table. Showed up on time for our Monday 530 pm res for 4 and was greeted with a smile and genuine positive energy. When seated, Brandon, who took great care of us, explained the specials, several of the regular dishes and wine choices. The service was mostly Brandon who was helped by other members of the staff, as well. Noise level was much more muted than usual for an exposed brick decor and lent to the feeling of a cozy dinner. It seemed many of the guests were regulars and gushed over the owners, staff and dishes. We didn't try the desserts as we were stuffed after such wonderful offerings Biggest hits for us were the sunchokes and Bolognese.

                                    Great food, friendly service. We were there for the Sunday menu for gnocchi and pizza night. We hope to go back soon for the full menu on another trip to wine country

                                    We love eating at Rosmarino. We had not been on Sunday before. My husband had pizza and I had gnocchi. Both were delicious! We will definitely go on a Sunday again.

                                    Sunday lunch! Amazing and so delish! Every think from the salad to the orange cannoli dessert, Pizza was exceptional and the gnocchi the best I have ever had. Will definitely be back regularly.

                                    An amazing culinary experience! We did the Italian wine pairing dinner. Each dish was so delicious and the accompanying wines were exquisite. Chef Dario’s passion shined through in his enthusiasm. The entire staff was great. We will definitely be back. Saluti!

                                    Delicious and welcoming as usual. The food and wine pair so perfectly, it multiplies the flavors. When Dario explains the pairings and the preparation, you can tell he is passionate about his craft.

                                    We made a reservation two months ago with this authentic Italian restaurant . We took friends here that have never been. They thoroughly enjoyed every bite. We each had a different dish and everything absolutely loved their meal. The food was phenomenal as usual and we made an instant reservation while there for next month. Service phenomenal, food phenomenal and of course the owner came out to speak a little Italian to us and wish us the best for the holidays. Cannot wait to go back.
