                                    Food is phenomenal as usual. Today’s special lamb gnocchi were delicious. Even if you are not a lamb person, I think you should try it! Also, chocolate salami.. it’s a special kind of treat. Try that!

                                    I went to Rosmarino this time for their Gnocchi and Pizza Sundays and was impressed all over again! I was able to order anything off of the menu and have them accomodate my gluten and egg sensitivity. I decided on the pizza and was blown away by how delicious it was. We also ordered cocktails and the Rosmarino Martini was soooo good! Try this place out! It is delicious.

                                    Once again, the 5 course wine dinner was spectacular. My sister and brother in law came to visit from Chicago and were blown away by the food, Dario's banter, and overall experience.

                                    This is our 4th year attending one of these dinner and they continue to be spectacular! The food is beyond eccellente but hearing about the dishes adds a great personal touch. Staff have been the same as well which makes it so fun to come back each year and tells us they enjoy it too! One of our all time favorite places!

                                    Where do I start? To say that my experience at Rosmarino was incredible would be an understatement. My friend and I went for the first time and experienced the 5 course dinner and wine pairing. The food was exquisite, the wine was sensational and the ambience and vibe were the perfect balance of upscale and classy yet warm, welcoming and relaxed. What really made this an experience as opposed to just a meal was the owner. He not only explained the food and wine to us— he actually went around to each, individual table. He first visited to welcome us and then during dinner came around to make sure we were having a great time and were happy. At the end, he made sure to personally thank us as well. When he spoke of the food and the wine he did so with such zest and enthusiasm. You could see and feel his passion. His excitement overflowed onto the diners. How could you not have fun? The staff was amazing too. They were always courteous, prompt, professional, smiling, and kind. In case I have not made it clear, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rosmarino and am already looking forward to returning.

                                    Dario is so fun and engaging! They were able to accommodate my gluten and egg allergy and I was able to eat every course. Everything was AMAZING. I will go back as soon as possible!

                                    This was a cooking class run by Dario, the owner. It was enormously entertaining and informative, and the results were extremely tasty. We'll always try to get a seat at his cooking classes whenever we can.

                                    What an amazing and unique experience. It is tough to get a reservation at this amazing place, and Dario, Sheena, Julia (I hope that was right), and then the other staff and chefs made this a much more creative experience. I think we asked several questions, so the event took about 4 hours. Make sure you park accordingly, as most is only 2 hours in Newberg, though if you do the 4pm dinner class, the parking ends at 6, so you should be okay. Dario's enthusiasm, humor, honesty, and hard work shows in all they do. I suggest you sign up to their facebook/email updates as you won't find Northern Italian restaurants in many places. Strongly recommend you do this at least once.

                                    My favorite restaurant in the world! Dario and his staff are incredible and create an unforgettable dining experience. The food quality and taste is out of this world. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough- go go go!
