LUNCH :
Thursday 11:30 AM first seating - 2:30 PM last seating.
DINNER A LA CARTE :
Thursday 4 PM first seating to 7:30 PM last seating.

FRIDAY and SATURDAY LUNCH:
Friday and Saturday 11:30 AM first seating - 2:00 PM last seating.

FRIDAY and SATURDAY 5 COURSE DINNERS - $150/Pers -21 & Over:
4:30pm to 7pm (PATIO DINNER) & 7:00PM to 9:30PM (MAIN ROOM DINNER)
(A la carte Menu NOT SERVED during 5 courses).

SUNDAY:
PIZZA and GNOCCHI ALL DAY from 11:30 to 2.:30 PM and 4 PM to 7:30 PM.

MONDAY:
DINNER A LA CARTE : 4 PM to 7:30 PM

For Regular A LA CARTE Menu days a $30/person strict Last Minute/NON SHOW Cancellation Policy.

    Join us for an ITALIAN CULINARY NIGHT in Newberg, OR! The Purest Italian cuisine & wine pairing masterfully created by chef Dario. The event is a 21 & over (ID REQUIRED) with 2 seating at 5 PM & 7:30 PM. Doors open 30 minutes prior for cocktails. Friday is Oregon Wines & Saturday is Italian Wine Pairing! Chef Dario will guide you through a 5 Courses dinner, with his authentic Italian accent, fun storytelling & wine knowledge. The ticket price ($150) includes 5 courses meal paired with 5 different wines. A cancellation fee of $75/Person apply for 72HRS cancellation & $150/Person (FULL DINNER PRICE) for 48HRS or LAST MINUTE/NO SHOW.                                     It is simply THE best! We love it always, but today was exceptional with hand made gnocchi with a lamb Ragu! Wine was exceptional and service was top notch. The only place I want to spend my Sundays and my birthday.

                                    An incredible meal!! Felt like we were back in Italy. Each course was made with intention and skill. The wine pairing was perfect, and it was so great to hear chef talk about each course with wine. An incredible experience, would highly recommend this to anyone.

                                    A truly amazing culinary experience. Each course was presented by the Chef as a private tour of his ancestral country side. it was as if we were magically transported to romantically indulge our palates in the hills (and caves) of rural Italy. The wine pairings were a sublime engagement of our senses, elevating the complex layers of wonderful flavors into a chorus of decadent pleasure. Thank you for a memorable evening.

                                    Rosemarino is always a great experience. We have been there numerous times and have yet to consider a rating anything other than a 5! If you're looking for run-of-the-mill Italian fare similar to what you would find at Olive Garden or a pizza joint, don't go! Cheers!!
