Didnt realise the name had changed to Danbar, we went looking for it before luckily someone was nearby to help us. Our table was booked on OpenTable for 6.30pm when we arrived at 6.25 found out they were nearly going to give out table away as they had it for 6pm... this needs to be looked at Otherwise a good experience food really nice and service good considering it was busy請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Amazing night at this restaurant it has changed it name so yes your in the right place when you arrive. The restaurant has been refurbished and is so lovely. Food choice amazing and lots of different dishes on the menu .請問這對你有幫助嗎？

An excellent meal at the Rubab which really made our trip to Edinburgh. Staff were helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. Particular highlights were the fish tikka which was light and flavoursome and the murgh karahi which was complex and fragrant. Even the naans and poppadoms were delicious too. We were looking for a restaurant to eat at for our last night in town. After looking through various reviews we ended up choosing Rubab. It wasn’t very busy when we arrived but the place was nice and clean. When we wanted to get a bottle of wine, the server didn’t quite understand what we were asking when we wanted to k ow what was the house wine and which was the premium. We thought we were getting the premium but he ended up giving us the house. It was still good and didn’t get charged for premium. The food was great! We got the butter chicken, chicken tika masala along with some rice and garlic nan. It all came out piping hot. It smelled good and tasted amazing! Overall experience was great! Only downside was the mixup on the wine, but the food made up for it. We would definitely go back if we are in Edinburgh!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Absolute shambles from start to finish. We arrived at 8pm for our booking, only to be told that our table was not ready - in the meantime, every time a table left, a walk in was sat down and we were kept waiting. After sitting down, we were ignored and did not order for another 20 minutes. One of the starters we ordered was not available so instead of asking us if we wanted something else they just brought something else off the menu - more expensive obviously. Tried to go to the bathroom - pitch black. Had to use the torch from my phone to see where I was going. The bill was wrong - included starter we didn’t ask for and a round of drinks which we ordered 30 mins prior but never arrived.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
