Ruby’s and Roses is a new dining experience located in the heart of Pleasanton, California, offering an elegant atmosphere focused on American cuisine and craft cocktails. Perfect for those seeking a luxurious outing, Ruby’s and Roses impresses with delicious starters, mouth-watering entrées, and decadent desserts. The restaurant’s signature cocktails are expertly crafted to complement the menu, making it an ideal destination for a memorable night out. We also have happy hour Tuesday through Sunday 2:00pm-5:00pm.

We're also excited to introduce our new brunch menu, available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00p.m, featuring fresh and creative dishes designed to start your weekend on a delicious note.

We came here for Valentine's dinner. They had a set menu with great options. They had a live band in the main dinner area playing great music. The food was delicious and the service was great. We will definitely come again.

The Resturant is a good place however, I do feel like it’s extremely overrated. The ambience is nice, but it’s nowhere near what it’s worth. This place is pretty much all social medium hype. You’ll notice as soon as you walk in that it’s not what you think it is. another thing that I didn’t like was the fact that unfortunately for our Valentines Day dinner we felt a little rushed, but I think it’s because they wanted to get us out to see the next couple and I didn’t appreciate that being that we’re paying over $130 each person. I probably won’t be coming back here, but it was worth the try!

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and it was easy to find. The atmosphere in the restaurant was comfortable. The service was outstanding, but my beef Wellington was under cooked. The rice in the creamy jambalaya dish was also under cooked. The waiter was understanding and offered a substitute ribeye instead. The old fashion drink was excellent.

We had lunch on an uncrowded Saturday. Even though there were many tables available, we were seated near two large and very noisy tables. No server appeared from almost 15 minutes, and we were rarely within visual range of a server. The food was pretty good, but the ambience and noise level were so uncomfortable that we will not be returning.

Great restaurant a little cold inside, seat are super low. The wait staff area was loud with them talking and laughing. Music in this area would be nice. Overall would comeback

A very enjoyable business dinner for 7 of us. The food, service and ambiance were all outstanding. It was too noisy though.
