Welcome to Rumi's Kitchen - Sandy Springs! The premier Sandy Springs location for Persian Cuisine. Owner and Head Chef Ali Mesghali’s unique and flavorful touch has been wowing patrons for over 20 years. His previous restaurant, Persepolis, was a Sandy Springs favorite.

Rumi’s Kitchen - Sandy Springs draws influence from the culinary mother of the Middle East, Persia, which spanned from the banks of the Nile River in the west to the mountains of Northern India in the east, and from the shores of the Caspian Sea in the north to the deserts of Arabia in the south of the Persian Gulf.

    Like always, Rumi maintains a high standard of preparing and serving delicious Persian food. It has preserved its popularity and superiority despite growth of similar Persian restaurants in the Atlanta area. We love the food and have been visiting the restaurant on any of our important occasions since its inception in Atlanta. However, I must say the prices are increasingly becoming higher and higher. The restaurant management should provide incentives/ coupons for keeping us coming back.

    The meal was one of the best we have ever had here in Atlanta!  The portions were very large, and the service was impeccable. This restaurant was so noisy that we couldn’t hear the people at our own table, but apart from the noise it couldn’t have been nicer.

    The only thing I don’t enjoy about Rumi’s in Sandy Springs is the noise level. I wish they would put some more noise absorbing things on their walls and ceilings. I’ve actually decided not to go there for our Christmas lunch this year because it’s just too noisy.  That being said, the food was fantastic as always, and the service was exceptional as well. One of my favorite restaurants. We had a party of seven and we had the lamb, Seabass, chicken Bart, sultani, the eggplant dip, hummus…it was all wonderful!

    Our waiter Gabriel made our evening extra special. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and his suggestions were great. The food was fantastic. Thanks again Gabriel.

    Rumi's was an absolute dream. From start to finish the food was absolutely immaculate. Definitely get the Persian Tea and The Baklava if you go if nothing else!

    It started a little rough because I feel I waited slightly too long for having a reservation, but once my party was seated everything else was exceptional. Our server was outstanding and explained the menu she was awesome. The food was awesome as well.

    One of the better date night spots we’ve found in recent memory! Food was delicious and the server was friendly and attentive. We will be back!
