Chef Ali Mesghali’s love of cooking began while growing up in Esfahan, Iran and Los Angeles, California. This interest grew to become a passion and a career after Ali moved to Atlanta, Georgia. In the kitchen, as well as in the dining room, Ali is known for his pursuit of perfection, his intensity and a love for what he does. This unending aspiration for perfection has been instrumental in establishing the standard for Persian cuisine in Atlanta. His unique and flavorful touch has been wowing patrons at Rumi’s Kitchen and has created a place where people want to visit again and again. The Rumi's Kitchen at Colony Square aims to earn the hearts of those in Midtown, Atlanta.

    Carlos was helpful and attentive … patient with us as we decided but came back to ensure we weren’t waiting too long. For what you’re getting the food is pricey but tasted good and service was wonderful. Would come back!

    Always a pleasure to eat at Rumi’s but they seem to charge for every little thing you ask for, toppings or sauce is always an extra charge, EHY????
