                                                  Overall pleasant experience. Food is excellent and nice settings. Couple of things to note. There is a 10 percent service charge (for four people). I only noticed this when home after tipping more than 10 more percent again so we ended up paying 25% tip. Also, selection of beers from a personal point of view is not great. No craft beers, pale ales, IPA’s. Other than that, we had a great night and will be back again.

                                                  Staff were fantastic. All very friendly and obliging. Ambience is fantastic. Food was beautiful. Only downside for us was the price on a couple of things. Mainly the large portion of wings. Wayyyyy overpriced. 22 euro for 10 wings is extortionate. But overall will defo go back. Just wont order wings.

                                                  We love this restaurant. The staff are amazing and the views are fantastic, with a birdseye view of planes landing at Dublin Airport on one side and a clear view of the Dublin mountains on the other. Great food, great ambience, what's not to love.

                                                  Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. Really couldn't fault the food or service. The dishes are beautifully presented and the views are 10/10.

                                                  Service was incredibly slow, we arrived and were asked would we like to sit outside or inside. I asked was outside heated (told it was) and opted to sit out, but when we were seated it was freezing. We asked to move inside and were told inside was full, despite less than 5 minutes ago being offered a table inside, and it being visibly empty. We were given a table and never given an opportunity to order drinks. Someone came over to take our food order and we ordered a drink. The food came and we had to ask for the drinks we were still waiting for. Nobody came to the table to check in and we kept having to call staff over to order a drink or clear away the empty glasses as they piled up. We waited 50 minutes for our main course to arrive after our starter before asking a member of staff why there was a delay and a member of management came out to say nobody changed the system to say our starters had been cleared so they never began preparing the mains. He apologised, gave us a drink on the house and assured us the mains would be taken off our bill. We waited another half an hour for the mains to come out. The steak, ordered medium rare, came out quite rare, and we had heard a girl at the table next to us sending hers back previously for being underdone so clearly this is a recurring issue. Again nobody came over to check on us or acknowledge the hour and 20 minute delay getting our food, and we had to call someone to ask for the bill. We were over charged for a cocktail and the bill still came to 64 euro for 2 starters, 4 drinks and water which we were offered assuming it would be tap water and then charged 5 euro for. Will not be returning.

                                                  My spouse and I dined at your establishment on February 14th for Valentine's Day. The ambiance was pleasant, offering a good view of the airport; however, the service was significantly deficient. Despite the relatively low occupancy, the service was unacceptably slow. After ordering appetizers, main courses, and beverages, only a portion of our drinks arrived promptly. We had to request the remainder. Subsequently, we experienced a 40-minute wait for our appetizers, during which time used glassware and bottles remained uncleared from our table and others. The main course followed with another 45-minute delay, and the quality of the food did not justify the cost. The lack of attentiveness and absence of even a single smile from the waitstaff was particularly disappointing, especially considering the Valentine's Day setting. The inclusion of a 10% service charge on the bill explained the lack of effort; it appears that gratuity is guaranteed regardless of performance. Finally, processing the card payment was met with evident displeasure from the waiter when I used the tip function.

                                                  This being our third time at Runway 28 it was just as good as the first time. Our server Sagar remembered us from the last 2 times and he was excellent. He has a great personality and is a super asset to the restaurant. Food and drink was superb as always. Atmosphere, ambience, food 10 out of 10. Our favourite place to visit on a night out.

                                                  We are repeated customers for the 3rd time. It was my sons 13th birthday celebration and he wanted to go to runway 28 restaurant because of the airport view and the outstanding service. The food was excellent, nice ambience, good value for money and attentive staff. We certainly are coming back .
