Excellent service - very welcoming , friendly and attentive. Excellent food quality- tha pan seared sea sxso with truffle risotto, and steak a la Russell were both amazing!

I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years and never had a bad meal, until now! Russell's has always been the place to go for the very best steak and lobster. This time however, the waiter rushed through the entire process, he spoke so fast you were left with the impression that this was his first day as a waiter. We ordered two surf and turf dinners both steaks were tough to cut through and chewy. The waiter when told, commented that we should have told him sooner and did not offer to make it right.

Scallop special was served lukewarm to barely warm. Steak my husband had was chewy. Seafood bisque was salty with no taste and had little to no seafood in it, but had a hunk of soggy cracker of some sort floating in it . For the prices we paid I would not recommend or go back.

Service and Food were excellent. We booked a night getaway at the hotel and had dinner as well. We were looking for more of an adult atmosphere and upscale feeling which did not disappoint and pricing was very reasonable.

Great service. My seafood bisque and filet Oscar was delicious. My husband ordered the strip steak special and it was tough. He was very disappointed as it was very expensive. There are better steak houses in the area.

The food was delicious and service very good but the kitchen was too slow. It took almost an hour to get our first course We were told it was due to a big group but with such a big restaurant you would think they would be used to it. That is the reason they lost a star in my rating.
