We arrived early, took 22 min to be seated. The reservation was made a while back. Finally we get a table and was secluded, we asked for a different one and they seem confused. After seared, we did not know who was going to serve us for a while. Someone showed up who seem new. Ask if we wanted water and disappeared, a while back, we did not want starter anymore since he took so long, we asked for drinks and when he was goi g to walk away, we asked what was the specials. Someone else brought us drinks, then he showed up with the drinks and saw that we had them already. He was either new or lost. We’ve been in RP many times and never experience this service. 🤷🏽‍♀️ disappointed with service.

We had an amazing experience with outstanding service from our server Nelson. The food was amazing and the drinks recommended were great. Definitely would recommend bring your loved ones.

The service and food were excellent. We had an early dinner, so the restaurant was not as busy. We've been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Location and views are magnificent.

Lala’s service at Rusty Pelican was truly unique and exceptional! We enjoyed the sea bass and Atlantic salmon—both were delicious—and the maracuya drink was a standout. Even the kids’ mac and cheese was a hit. Lala’s attentiveness and warm personality made the experience unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!
