                              For a chain they do a pretty good job. Steaks are very good but not great. Service was top notch, Sierra did an excellent job for our New Years Eve dinner with friends. Glad they added waygu finally. Lobster voodoo and wedge salad were good. Atmosphere was nice but they need a makeover inside as it seems too “corporate”. The white chocolate bread pudding is unbelievable!

                              We had a lovely dinner, service was top notch and food was delicious! Very enjoyable experience. We did have to wait 15 minutes past our reservation but they promoted our table to accommodate.

                              Food and atmosphere was wonderful. There was some extended periods with our server that we were just waiting. In her defense she had a big table that seemed to take her attention. With that our party of 4 suffered.
