My husband’s steak was amazing. He had the Oscar topping added, well worth it. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the Sea Bass. It was still cold in the middle even though it came out on a sizzling plate. The bread, the sides were all delicious.

Our food, drinks, and service were all exceptional. Shaw was an amazing server! I highly recommend Ruth's Chris!!

They were out of a lot of things we wanted to order entrees very slow coming out my steak was over cooked not a typical Ruth’s evening

It was busy, totally understandable thanksgiving, should us let know they ran out of sides dishes especially for kids dinner, waited 1-1/2 originally server left home and felt sorry for the guy that took over , not his fault but kitchen was overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do at that point. Was not worth it !

Didn’t get seated until 1 hour after reservation. Large pieces of bread on the carpet around the table and on the floor elsewhere in the restaurant. Extremely long wait for food. Pleasant, overworked staff but they should not accept so many reservations if they are unable to accommodate so many people

We made reservations for Thanksgiving dinner and unfortunately when we arrived, they could not accommodate us. They didn’t have enough servers. Very disappointing.

I made a reservation for 4:00 PM on Thanksgiving. I have done this for the last couple of years. The food was tasty and well prepared. Although the chop salad was a bit dry compared to others served at Ruth’s Chris. Our server, Thomas, was very good and tried his best to make our meal memorable. However, the delivery of the food courses was very very slow. We waited at least 40 minutes between the salad and the main entree. Not acceptable, even on a holiday. Sadly, the kitchen no longer serves lobster bisque. It was replaced by French onion soup. They ran out of French onion soup at 4:00 PM. This was not what we have come to expect at Ruth’s Chris. We do intend to return in the future.

We truly enjoyed the ambiance the food and music. Our waitress was very nice and professional. The food was outstanding the right temperature and texture. Ruth Chris is my favorite restaurant hands down no matter which city you go to this restaurant chain the food is the same.
