We had the best time for our first not at home thanksgiving. Food was great and our server Nyla was also great.

I have never written a bad review on Open Table, but this was so bad on so many levels, I had to do it this time. First off, their address on the website is wrong and needs to be corrected. We waited 20+ minutes to be noticed after the initial server brought us water and bread. He realized no one had come to our table and went to find someone. Any table around us in our section with less than 5 people had extremely slow service. We ordered a bottle of red wine and when delivered, the wine and glasses were chilled, not typical for red wine. When our food came, we were not given plates to dine on and used our bread/butter plates to avoid waiting additional minutes and having our food go cold. Our waitress, China was very apologetic to the slow service. General Manager came over and gave us his card telling us we could call him and he would personally make reservations at any of the Ruth’s Chris network. He obviously knew of the horrible service. Major disappointment as all of our other RC experiences have been stellar. We will never return to this location nor recommend to others.

So you ask we make reservations, but when you arrive it’s always issue with getting seated ,this is my 2nd year coming here ,I won’t return in 2025. Thank You

Thanksgiving Day dinner was delicious! The food was delicious and came out hot. The restaurant was full and the service was still good.

Food was good. Friendly staff but made many mistakes taking the order wrong and later billing $150+ extra that we didn’t order. Had to send food and bill back twice.

Excellent experience. The large table set up was awkward when it came to sharing the bread/sides. The food was delicious. The portion sizes were extra petite.
