Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace. Take in the panoramic vista of the Dublin Mountains, the River Liffey, the city centre and even as far as Dun Laoghaire on a clear day! Comfy leather clad booths line the windows. An open kitchen and grill adds a sense of theatre to the room. Floor to ceiling windows make the most of the views and the only walls in the room are clad in beautiful veined marble. Ryleigh’s serves breakfast, lunch, Brunch (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays) and dinner. Ideal spot to grab a bite with family and friends. The dinner menu features tasty options such as Sizzling Prawns and Beef Tartare to start. A selection of Irish steaks for main (Striploin, Delmonico, Centre Cut Fillet, Tomahawk Ribeye for two, and John Stone's T-Bone for two) cooked over our charcoal grill, Pan-Seared Monkfish and delicious desserts such as Raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

                            Incredible food! Probably the best steak I’ve ever eaten! We didn’t have starters but did cover desserts as well which were also stunning. The crème brûlée are definite winner! Great wine list and we tried several of the cocktails which were all good. We were our birthday party of six and will definitely go back in a heartbeat!

                            Lovely restaurant overlooking the river with great food & drink. We had a great server named Elisa. Good value for money also, would definitely return!

                            Nice restaurant and food was nice but we asked for our steaks to be medium to well done but we goot medium rare with the outside too well cooked. However they still tasted nice .
