Our vegetables on offer are local and like the meats are purchased daily. Every menu item we offer is brought to you with the heart and soul of Okinawa!

Locally-grown produce that soak up all the nutrients the beautiful Okinawan sun and soil have to offer. You'll taste this in our Kimchi, Namul and grilled veggies!

Our original sweet house made sauce, created by our specialty chef. An explosion of flavour featuring Awamori, mango and brown sugar that enlivens the taste of the meats and can match the flavour of many ingredients. Also, our salty sauce made with goya and papaya can also not be tasted anywhere else and is lush in appearance
