Sage & Co was founded in 2018; our design and environment are designed to be a friendly, chic and calm place to start your day.

We are located inside the Delta Calgary South Hotel; we are committed to providing only top-quality foods using local producers and growing our own; we ensure that every local and traveller is looking for a high standard.

Because breakfast is the day’s most important meal, our breakfast menu has everything from healthy choices to morning cravings.

The Food was extremely disappointing. Didnt receive first course until main course was half way through, main course veg were tough as leather. Herb crusted beef was not herb crusted, duck was cold, and the pudding was terrible, dry, with fruit like rocks. Totally inedible. Desert was also served before main course...and watching the other few tables, it seemed to be a theme as it happened to every table. We were looking forward to Christmas dinner out, but found ourselves looking forward to getting out of there and heading home for some decent food. Paid over $200 for 2 to dine, when they should have probably paid us to eat there.

We got there, no one sat us, we eventually found a seat. Had to flag down the waitress to get our drinks, and it just ended up being the hostess. She got us some drinks. Had to flag down a waitress another time to get our food orders. Food took about an hour and came out cold. Bacon was severely undercooked. We left and they camped our food. Won’t be back.

The overall feeling that the front staff were not organized or confidant in their role. Our food took a long time and was not to our request. 2 orders of Eggs Benedict was for Medium Eggs and came out hard, it took a long time to have new eggs made, and all four dishes overall were not hot when arrived. After asking for this to reflect in the bill, we were offered either 15% off the whole bill or 50% off the two dishes that had errors. Note our reservation was for 12 PM on a Sunday and the restaurant was empty.

Our lunch today was wonderful. Friendly service. The food was soooo incredible. It was quiet and there was ample parking. Loved it.

We ordered some coffee & tea, the waiter did not think to bring cream and sugar had to wait an extra 10 mins just to ask him. Got our meal it was meh and then we had to go up to pay cause it seemed like our server was no where to be found..
