We want you to feel at home at Sage Bistro, Cape Canaveral Florida. We offer a warm, friendly, relaxed atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Families, friends, and even pets (on a leash) are invited to experience the Floridian vibes that Sage Bistro provides. Enjoy lunch or dinner and select from an array of food items. You can enjoy everything from homemade burgers, gourmet hoagies and homemade soups to our fresh salads, seafood, steak, veal, chicken, pork, and homemade pasta options. Compliment your experience with a selection of fine liquors, wines and beers from around the world! We also have a kid friendly menu which of course includes ice cream! Outside seating is cozy and dog-friendly.

If you're lucky, you may even see a rocket launch out of Kennedy Space Center which can be viewed right from our restaurant. We are also conveniently located just about a half mile from the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon's Surf Shop.

Everything was PERFECT. We went there with our service dog. The owners were extremely accommodating. The service was great and the food was amazing.

A great dining experience, from the greeting at the door, to the farewell as I departed. The team is gracious, the food is excellent, and I left happy that I stopped in for a meal.

Owners interacted with customers Everything was perfect Had Chorizo crusted Mahi Mahi OMG Chocolate martini was the best I ever had Definitely will return when back in Florida

Our first time there. It was bigger than we thought. Had a nice bar area and a couple of tvs but still quaint. I had chicken asparagus Alfredo and my husband had crab cakes. Both were delicious!

Well to be perfectly candid the food was barely ok and quite expensive. The carpeting on the floor was badly stained and long overdue for a replacement. That said it’s not out of the ordinary from what I can tell in terms of restaurants in this area. Pricey and hit and miss meal quality

First walking in, I noticed how wonderfully cute the restaurant was decorated and lit. It felt so warm and comfortable. I dined alone tonight because I am away from home for a few days. I was seated immediately and Linda was my sweet waitress. I ordered one of the best espresso martinis I have ever had. I also ordered the caprese salad for an appetizer and the pan seared tuna. I have caprese salad and pan seared tuna very often at my local restaurants and I can honestly say that these were THE BEST I have ever had. I will be back tomorrow to try more dishes and I am very sad this isn’t a local place for me to dine at in Rhode Island. Linda was very attentive and even provided me with a take out bag because I had mentioned I couldn’t eat all the tasty food in one sitting. I highly recommend them.

Great food and service Chef appearance was really nice The change in decor has made it much more ‘beachy’ like a lot of other places It used to feel more sophisticated and upscale and we noticed the difference. Go back to a softer collar pallet and less chochkey stuff 🙏
