Sage’s Mijenta Tequila Dinner pairs the groundbreaking Mijenta Tequila, including the revolutionary Maestra Selection No. 1, with a 5-course menu designed by Executive Chef Christopher Covelli and Co-Executive Chef Vinnie Savadel. Meet Ana María Romero Mena, Mijenta’s Master Distiller and the most widely recognized maestra tequilera in the world. Learn how she’s redefining tequila production with innovation, sustainability, and bold flavors. Each dish is expertly paired also with unique cocktail creations crafted by Sage’s Bar Manager, Cliseria Padilla-Flores. Drawing inspiration from indigenous Mexican flavors and ingredients. Limited tickets available for 7pm Thursday, December 5th, 2024.

Fabulous service and food in the restaurant. The entertainment on the mezzanine was outstanding the entertainment on the roof was very good. Love this restaurant

As a very favorite for years Sage always excels in every aspect… cuisine, cocktails, ambience and above all service second to none! We again enjoyed bringing guests for their first time Sage experience and they, too, were, thrilled! Keep up the great work!!

Beautiful room with lovely live music playing on a Friday night. Extremely attentive wait staff. Creative dishes. My Chilean sea bass was delicious, though just a bit too salty. My wife's filet mignon was well cooked but not as tasty as we've had in other restaurants. The desert was beautiful and delicious (a pumpkin cheesecake made to look like a pumpkin!) Over all, a delicious meal in a beautiful setting with great service.

SAGE is unique in Sarasota. The ambience is very sophisticated with an up beat vibe: wood, soft lights, bit dark in decor but not depressing, just like a really good bar in NYC. Wait staff is outstanding. Cassie was our server and she was top notch: fun, warm, interested, knowledgeable, helpful, went out of her way. Dining manager in sport coat and tie was charming and an unusual touch in our little town by the Bay. Food was truly outstanding: mezzaluna pasta appetizer, filet mignon, pork chop, all delicous. The apple crispy thing for dessert was not great: dry. But beautifully designed and presented. This is a small criticism for a great restaurant. Sage is VERY PRICEY but worth it for a special event or splurge. Put it on your special list.

Service, service, service. Wow, they know how to treat people at Sage. It was my wife’s birthday dinner and they treated her amazing. Pre dinner cocktails at the bar were fabulous and the bartender was awesome. Our dinner service was best I have had in the area. Food was spectacular. We will be back very soon. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Food was mediocre for the price. Bouabaise had no broth. Roasted broccoli was cold. Cocktails were good.

Sage has become consistently the best upscale restaurant in Sarasota. From the overall ambience to the knowledgeable waitstaff to the extremely interesting menu and finally the food itself, Sage delivers above and beyond the competition. Yes, it is at the high end of price points but the food is positively delicious and excellently presented.
