This unique dining experience brings together two dishes she created for Saigon Sisters and two dishes she loved eating from ATOP when it was at the Chicago French Market. Don’t miss this heartfelt celebration of her life and the vibrant cultures she embraced. This is a pre-purchased event for $75 all-inclusive per person. Assigned time limited seatings. **1st course: Longanisa Breakfast Sammy from ATOP **2nd course: Mama Suu Nems Lettuce Wrap from Saigon Sisters **3rd course: Crispy Porky and Rice from ATOP and Banh Cuon (steamed rice paper roll) from Saigon Sisters **4th course: Ube/Pandan cookie with Cold Brew Note: Mimosas, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks are additional charge
