I made a reservation a few days ago for a friend and I to enjoy the food here as I saw on my social media how beautiful the food looked and the decor. I called the restaurant to let them know I was running 10 minutes late as my friend had not arrived. We then walked into the restaurant to find that the restaurant has not "recieved" the booking I made through open table. I showed them our booking confirmation. They then proceeded to make a space for us right next to the door which I refused as I didn't fancy being hit by cold air each time someone walked in. We were then placed in the private dining area in the back and had food there. Our waitress was good and friendly and the food came quick. I enjoyed the Rose Latte and Creme Brulee. I felt like they had made up for the booking blunder until a waiter came to us saying they had a private booking coming in at 6.30 which was fine, but he made it sound like we were a burden even when I tried to say to him that I made a booking, and the establishment messed up. He tried to imply that our seating in the private dining area was a "favour" to us which really bothered me and soured the experience for me. Overall the food was nice, the decor was beautiful. Only downside was the service at some points and the loud music.
