Great spot with an awesome vibe - our server’s & bartenders were attentive and fun. The food was good… we enjoyed a few dishes but a few were somewhat over seasoned. We understand the concept of the rotating menu, it’s fun - but tough when people are looking for consistency. PS the celeriac bechamel linguine… chef kiss!

A unique culinary experience. Wonderfully prepared food using creative methods and combinations. We really enjoyed the overall experience! The service was perfect as well!

We are visiting Kelowna for a few days, ate here the last time we visited, and wanted to start our culinary tour of the city on a high note. We were not disappointed. My wife and I sat at the bar. We like to sit side-by-side because it's easier to talk to each other (I can imagine Salt & Brick could be noisy at times) and also because we enjoy watching and chatting with the bartender and, in this case, the chefs. All our dishes were attractively plated with lots to share. Flavours and the dishes themselves were unique and interesting, from the whipped cheese and pickled grapes served with Brussel sprouts to the sticky glaze on the chicken hearts and the Korean rigatoni. They make a good (and generous) pâté de campaign too and we were making nots on other dishes we'd like to try. Good wine selections and the semifreddo dessert make a perfect cap on the meal. I don't think that we'd come to Kelowna and NOT eat here.
