Located in the heart of Downtown Edmonds, Salt & Iron brings the comfort of American Northwest cuisine. The brainchild of partners Andrew Leckie and Shubert Ho, their mission is to provide a comfortable dining experience that includes local oysters, steaks and great American cuisine.
Salt & Iron's dining room designed by visionary firm Inspired Interiors of Edmonds, brings a brighter and more welcoming dining atmosphere to the Downtown core. It is located just a short walk from the Kingston Ferry and the iconic Edmonds Fountain, where the Edmonds Farmers' Market and the Edmonds Art Walk take place. A full bar provides craft cocktails, local wines and draft beers to accompany the dining experience.

    We have been to S & I two different occasions. Our appetizers , drinks, salads, entrees have been fantastic. Our wait staff both occasions were professional, attentive and well versed on the menu. The restaurant is warm and inviting. This was my wife’s bday and we dressed business casual for the occasion. Our meal was a little over 300.00 less tip. This isn’t your neighborhood Applebees, is it too much to expect people to dine without wearing backward baseball caps? This place just feels more upscale than that….Im over it….great meal, great service!

    Delicious food, wonderful service, great atmosphere. Can get noisy when full. It helps to have reservations. I’ll be back. Highly recommended.

    Arrived for early dinner that worked well for a week day, great service! I was able to celebrate my birthday just the way I would have wanted, at Salt & Iron!

    This was our first visit. Ambiance was classy, warm and inviting. Interactions with staff across the board were personable, professional and engaging. The food was PHENOMENAL. The plates LOOK Craveworthy and they ARE! Favorites of the night (as recommended by our amazing wait person Tyler/Taylor) were... Steak Taretar and the Brussels Sprouts with Shishito Peppes. Perfect date night spot. They have a fantastic bar and seating that ranges from intimate to family style. We can't wait to go back.

    Love salt and iron but would not get the chilaquiles again. Better options on the menu. Service suffers when at peak hours.
