Located in the heart of Downtown Edmonds, Salt & Iron brings the comfort of American Northwest cuisine. The brainchild of partners Andrew Leckie and Shubert Ho, their mission is to provide a comfortable dining experience that includes local oysters, steaks and great American cuisine.
Salt & Iron's dining room designed by visionary firm Inspired Interiors of Edmonds, brings a brighter and more welcoming dining atmosphere to the Downtown core. It is located just a short walk from the Kingston Ferry and the iconic Edmonds Fountain, where the Edmonds Farmers' Market and the Edmonds Art Walk take place. A full bar provides craft cocktails, local wines and draft beers to accompany the dining experience.

    The food & our service just incredible. As a starter, we had the octopus tapas plate~ it transported me back to Spain, where I’d had a similar dish.

    We were back for another birthday celebration - and as all our other experiences it was great. Steak frites are sooo good! And a large serving of brussel sprouts with shishito peppers as a “small plate” were tasty. Service was friendly but not overbearing. All the way around a hit!

    Nice interior with both quiet and lively areas, lots of group parties but still not too noisy for us to enjoy ourselves. Busy on a Friday night even at 4:30 pm! Food was well prepared and menu had a good assortment meat and seafood options. Great Happy Hour price on delicious Pacific oysters but it ends at 5 pm.

    It’s been a while since my friend & I could get together for HH. Just like all the previous times, the food and service was great. So glad Salt & Iron is still thee place to meet up for dining and drinks. Thanks!

    We love salt and iron. The only place I feel you get quality craft cocktails AND amazing food. Their vesper and lemon drop are my faves of all time!!! The staff are all incredible and attentive and go out of their way to make you feel special.
