Salt & Marrow Kitchen is located at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta Hotel. Our signature entrees are prepared on a unique artisanal wood-fired grill. The grilling technique brings out a deliciously unique flavor to the food. Start your dining experience with a selection of small-plate appetizers. Savor mouth-watering main course options, steaks, seafood, pork chops, and much more. Enjoy your favorite cocktails or a selection of fine wines by the glass or bottle. Salt & Marrow Kitchen offers a private dining room that seats up to 20 guests. An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to groups of 6 or more. Park at the City of North Augusta's garage on Railroad Ave. across from the hotel. The first 2 hours are free.

The atmosphere was quiet and romantic. The food was wonderful. Our server Kyasia was also wonderful and very sweet. She was helpful with suggestions and knowledgeable of the menu and off menu options. We ordered the porkchop and the lobster which were both perfectly seasoned and cooked. The scallops were amazing not over cooked at all and I would recommend every thing we ordered. The perfect date night restaurant or quiet spot to have an excellent meal.

I had the best dinner in a while here. My servers were Emily and a trainee named (I think) Alyssa or Alice. They were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. My date had some questions about the menu and both servers were able to answer as well as provide recommendations. I’d recommend this restaurant to anybody who’s looking for a great meal served and prepared by even better people. I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town

The food and drinks were really good! Everything we tried was delicious and well-prepared. However, the menu had limited options, and there weren’t many choices for kids. Overall, a great experience, but a bit more variety would make it even better!

Food was delicious but service was subpar. Half the menu wasn’t available and server didn’t say anything till we tried to order. Portions aren’t great either but overall food was good but won’t be returning.

I celebrated my birthday there. It was my spouse and a few others 1st time there. I visited a couple of times in the past, and that's why I chose to dine there. It was a very bad experience. My spouse ordered the bison steak medium. Well. It was served rare. The runner took it back to the kitchen to prepare it Medium Well. It came out almost the same way the 1st time. My other guest ordered the stuffed lobster with mash potatoes and broccoli. The runner served the lobster dinners with no sides. We enquired about the sides. By the time the sides were finally served, both guest had completed their lobsters . It was about 15 minutes after before the sides were served. I was totally embarrassed. I felt like it was my fault because I suggested Salt & Marrow to celebrate

Wildly over priced and will not be eating from this restaurant ever again. Huge disappointment. We have eaten there several times before and the food previously was great. This time they couldn’t even cook a ribeye. Hardly worth the $300 we paid for 2 dinners! Will never recommend them again! And they took their Ostrich steak off the menu, another bad mistake.
