Salt & Marrow Kitchen is located at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta Hotel. Chef Dominic Simpson prepares his signature entrees on a unique artisanal wood-fired grill. The grilling technique brings out a deliciously unique flavor to the food. Start your dining experience with a selection of small-plate appetizers. Savor mouth-watering main course options, steaks, seafood, pork chops, and much more. Enjoy your favorite cocktails or a selection of fine wines by the glass or bottle. Salt & Marrow Kitchen offers a private dining room that seats up to 20 guests. An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to groups of 6 or more. Park at the City of North Augusta's garage on Railroad Ave. across from the hotel. The first 2 hours are free. For a unique experience, try our lite Dining Domes, for those wishing to eat outside. Seating for up to 6 guests with a $75/guest minimum. The domes are heated. Reservations are required. To reserve a Dining Dome call 1-(803) 349 -8401 or (803) 349-8412

Awesomeness and great atmosphere food was delicious per usual I don’t know the names of the 2 male chefs that I watch prepare our food for the last three visits you guys are awesome and the food was excellent

We had a fantastic date night here filled with delicious drinks, amazing service, and wonderful food. Summer took the best care of us and made sure we were happy and satisfied from start to finish. She made our experience top notch!

We really enjoyed our meals, it was my girlfriend’s birthday and they were very accommodating. Summer did a great job as our waitress! She made sure we were well taken care of without making us feel rushed or managed. Thank you for the great dining experience!

Never got to try. Opened at 5, we sat down at 5:10. No one was ready and not set up. Realized dinner would be too long to make our plans so we left.

My swordfish was so tough I couldn’t slice through it and my crab fried rice had no crab

Service was aweful. The appetizer plates stayed on the table and were never cleared. Then when the dinner plates came instead of moving the plates of the table they pushed them aside to fit the other plates on. The food was served to us cold. At the end when we were done with our main course we were asked to pick the plates up and hand them to the server. I’d say this was awful service.

Food was great but still way over priced. Wanted to upcharge me $5 switching sides… when they weren’t premium sides.
