Salt & Marrow Kitchen is located at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta Hotel. Our signature entrees are prepared on a unique artisanal wood-fired grill. The grilling technique brings out a deliciously unique flavor to the food. Start your dining experience with a selection of small-plate appetizers. Savor mouth-watering main course options, steaks, seafood, pork chops, and much more. Enjoy your favorite cocktails or a selection of fine wines by the glass or bottle. Salt & Marrow Kitchen offers a private dining room that seats up to 20 guests. An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to groups of 6 or more. Park at the City of North Augusta's garage on Railroad Ave. across from the hotel. The first 2 hours are free. For a unique experience, try our lite Dining Domes, for those wishing to eat outside. Seating for up to 6 guests with a $75/guest minimum. The domes are heated. Reservations are required. To reserve a Dining Dome call 1-(803) 349 -8401

I made a reservation on Open Table. The restaurant had.no record of it. i showed them the confirmation on my phone. They obliged and found us a table. We ordered and received our salads rather quickly. We waited for 45 mins for our entrees after the salads. The food was fine. My son ordered the chocolate mousse cake and after I came back from the restroom, the cake didn’t look chocolate and it turned out to be tiramisu. We ordered cocktails with dinner and those took forever as well.

I made a reservation for colleagues and me, 3 of us total. At 5:30p , 2 hours before our reservation, I get a call from Salt &Marrow that the reservation is cancelled because the restaurant is CLOSED for the evening. We had to find another place last minute.

**Overall**: I left Salt + Marrow Kitchen feeling full and satisfied. The combination of great service and delicious food made for a wonderful dining experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a meal out!

It was absolutely terrible. We all ordered steaks that were not cooked correctly and when they were sent back, they were then chard. The waitress told us the chef was not weighing out the meat when he cut it so that is why our steaks were not cooked correctly. All of our sides were cold and just gross. I was going to do the short rib and the waitress advised me not to because of how it was “looking” tonight and also advised not to get dessert. Overall the experience and food were terrible.

Someone new has taken over the business and it’s awful now. Limited menu and the food is awful.

Food was good. Had wings and the blt salad tasty and generous serving. Cornish hen was flavorful but the Mac and cheese was bland . They were out of several items on an already limited menu . The service was slow but efficient. Decent restaurant but I can’t say we will be back
