Often referred to as the restaurant in the sky, thanks to its location on level 55 of ION Orchard in the heart of Singapore, Salt Grill and Sky Bar offers modern, wonderfully simple Australian cooking alongside panoramic views of the city and sea. This is the flagship restaurant in Asia from Australian chef and restaurateur, Luke Mangan, and as of August 2017, the kitchen is helmed by new head chef, Jake Kowalewki. On Orchard Road, Salt Grill and Sky Bar is an elegant spot for whatever your occasion might be. It also has quite the buzz around it so it’s certainly best to reserve a table in advance. Il posto è situato al 55mo piano e la vista è mozzafiato. Ambiente elegante, personale stupendo e ottima carne cucinata alla perfezione. Il prezzo è in linea con l’ambiente quindi sono spesi molto bene
