We don't serve food - we serve experience and culture.
We proudly serve USDA Prime meat. Our steaks are selected to be of the highest quality grade of beef: full of flavor, amazingly tender, incredibly juicy. To enhance the meats, we serve them with various salt, such as Maldon, Himalayan, Andes, and Fleur de Sel, each contributing to a unique flavor.

Food is really good, cocktails could be better but the service is where its really at. All the servers are very attentive. I wish they had the chicken skewers available on the ala carte BBQ menu

It was our first time here. The waitress we had was so sweet to us and informative. She explained everything and made us comfortable and excited as it was our first time at a KBBQ restaurant. The ambience is so fun, the quality of the meats was absolutely 5 star. We truly enjoyed our experience so much.

SALT was an excellent New Year’s Eve dinner experience. It was our first time there - I took my two teens. We had the tomahawk steak for two cooked at table (amazing!), another entree and kimchi dumpling appetizer. Food and service was exceptional. Highly recommend. I look forward to going back to try other things. Atmosphere was fun so if you are looking for a restaurant with a little something special, definitely go here!

The service was great. Our reservation was canceled by the restaurant by accident. They still found us a table and accommodation for the reservation on my phone. Soju and kimchi on Christmas. Great experience. Very glad we went.

Excellent. Waited came to table because he read my shellfish allergy, and identified the items that were dangerous, I was so thankful and impressed that they took the time to explain- it made my dining experience most enjoyable. Food was delicious as always
