   Outside of having a problem with the parking meter right outside of the restaurant, (the hostess desk ladies were very helpful in getting the problem remedied), the evening went well. Our server was fantastic, and on top of things, always checking back with us to see all was going well. Water glasses were replenished frequently and our appetizers and entrees arrived in a timely manner. The oysters were all wonderful and the lobster Cobb salad was delicious with plenty of large lobster pieces. The whole grilled branzino (deboned) is one of the best around. Nicely charred, as was the broccolini, the fish was very moist and flavorful. My prawns with cannellini beans and kale, is an appetizer, but was double to create a plentiful entree. It is my favorite go to item, for dinner, at Salt. Coffees and gelato rounded out a perfect meal. It was a wonderful dining experience.

   Its become our favorite restaurant. Everything about those place is great. The food is always delicious, the staff is always great, and the ambiance is excellent. We prefer to sit in The Cove downstairs .

   Great experience as always. There was a hiccup with my bill but was resolved quickly. Dessert was great, apps were good too. Chilean sea bass was a bit salty this time around.

   Natale was fantastic she even picked out our oysters very personable and patient. The front staff was very welcoming

   We had a delicious dinner! The Potato Crusted Halibut was perfectly cooked. The avocado and tuna appetizer was also a great choice. The apple crumb pie was exactly how we like it, not overly sweet but a perfect ending to dinner. The service was great; our waitress said she also bartends and was able to make me a cocktail that wasn’t overly sweet but fruit forward, as I requested. Overall a great experience!

   Salt is our favorite seafood/fish restaurant and I’ve lost count how many times we’ve been. But this visit was absolutely the best. My husband broke out of his habit of starting with the octopus, which he says is the best here, and got the Ahi Tuna and Avocado and loved it: lean, thin slices with sesame seeds and a soy glaze. I had my favorite salad, the Salt Coastal salad, zingy with capers and scallions. Potato-crusted halibut was my husband’s entree, and another of his favorites, wonderful as always. But the star for me was the Red Snapper and I have to say- WOW: from the perfectly cooked filet topped with frizzled leeks, to the buttery, citrusy sauce, and creamy Yukon potatoes, a standout, which I will certainly order again. Desserts were awesome- fluffy, light cotton cake for me and tiramisu for him. If you haven’t been to Salt yet, BOOK IT NOW.

   Great food, great service and it’s right across from The Stress Factory. Great location for dinner and a show. Salt has quickly become a favorite seafood restaurant for us.
