    One of our favourite places to eat in Newcastle. The food is so fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff are excellent; attentive, professional and friendly. Would always recommend this restaurant and have now have friends who also love it.

    Outstanding. Best place to eat in Newcastle. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Chefs are great at preparing and delivering high quality dishes and also service time is fast for orders placed.

    Warm atmosphere from start to finish. An extremely friendly and professional team. The food was excellent quality and well presented. Cannot recommend highly enough.

    Outstanding meal. We had: Pan-fried Scallops with Chorizo Gravlax Seafood Mixed Grill Whole Lemon Sole Each course was exceptional, particularly the scallops and the Lemon Sole. All the ingredients are treated with such care, the seasoning was perfect and the portions generous. The service was attentive but not intrusive. Special mention for the clear care and consideration that went into making sure the Coeliac member of our party was able to enjoy this meal safely without compromise to the overall meal and experience. Above and beyond.

    Our first venture to the Salt Water Fish Company.. met by our host Alex… guided us to our table with views of the chefs preparing their dishes.. we chose this position as we could see and chat with the chefs preparing their dishes.. we opted for the seafood platter royal as the menu stated nearly evert local shellfish dish was available.. we were not disappointed.. presentation was incredible.. portions were amazing, attention to detail was outstanding… I asked our host to pair a Red with our meal and guided by his knowledge of their list of wines… chose a great vintage. Attentive host with great support from his brigade. We certainly appreciate everything from start finish and recommend this establishment for either a glass of vino or the full Monty..
