Saltgrass Steak House is an award-winning steakhouse in Orlando, FL next to Disney Springs that is famous for serving Angus Beef steaks. Each steak is cooked to perfection with Saltgrass-7 Steak Spice, and topped with garlic butter. All breads, dressings, soups and desserts are made from scratch daily.     We had a large party meet at the saltgrass Grill after a fun day at Epcot center. We were able to make our reservation in advance and our table was ready for us when we arrived. Our server, Juan was very attentive and as usual the food was excellent. We look forward to dining at the saltgrass Grill again.

    We ordered an appetizer, which was good (queso), but the sirloin filet was way undercooked and chewy. We ordered medium and it was definitely rare. We did not send it back (for our own reasons) and only ate 1/4 of it. It was too raw for me to eat and way too chewy.

    My wife and I had steak wedge salads. The steak was cooked perfectly. The lettuce and other toppings were excellent and the dressing was delicious. My son had the chicken fried steak. It was surprisingly tender. A great meal!

    I waited an excruciating fifteen minutes before finally getting up and leaving. Not a single person acknowledged our table, which was both disappointing and disheartening. In a world marred by real atrocities, I’m genuinely relieved that I sidestepped that bullet and kept my money for something truly worth it.

    Mars was a very excellent server. They helped guide us through the menu and were super attentive. I had the Urban Cowboy steak and shrimp and my wife had the Filet Oscar. Both were incredible and cooked perfectly. Definitely would come back here again.

    I always have the greatest time at Saltgrass . Our waitress was very attentive and gave us great recommendations. The manager was always very kind to stop by and check on us. I frequent this location and never have any issues or complaints . Thanks for another great dinner !

    Very good experience. Excellent service. Server was very thoughtful and even gave my friend a signed birthday card from staff. Food was great too
