The experience went really well. Took a friend out to eat here and everything was coordinated pretty good. Food is always top tier and definitely enjoyed my company that was with me at this establishment. Will continue to dine with Salt Grass. Thank you for the wonderful service.

First, the host was rude. We had a reservation and there were people sitting down waiting. And when I tried to give my name, he told me to take a seat. There’s a line. Wouldn’t even let me give my name. Secondly it was freezing in there. We asked to be moved as did 2 Other tables. We hadn’t been there in a year and we were sad to learn that they no longer had the prime rib. They don’t offer it. The steaks we did were salty. And so were the mashed potatoes. And I am Landry‘s rewards member and I couldn’t get my points because, we used an AArp card for a discount. Just overall disappointed. Not very customer service oriented. But the waiter was accommodating.

Good dining experience. It was my husband's birthday and I asked for a booth in the reservation but got a small table instead.

Service was great. Mark, an older server, was the best we have had in months at any restaurant in the area. We enjoyed the food and will be back

The air conditioning unit was set way too cold! We froze! The host/ manager did not find my reservation but I had received a confirmation of it. He said it wasn’t a problem and sat us but that was unusual
