This restaurant is always a go-to at Christmas time for a group of friends and we always enjoy. The food is good and plentiful. Our waiter was very efficient and friendly. Noticed they included 18 percent tip. They are doing a disservice to their staff. Our group always leaves at least 20% for good service. We did add more, but I’m sure many diners just pay as they are invoiced.

Food was good and the server did her best but overall we felt really rushed. We received the bread but had to wait on drinks. The salad was served but the steaks were delivered after 2 bites of the salad. Everything tasted great but the dinner would have been better if it was slowed down.

Our server Justin was great. Service was amazing and the food was hot and delicious. Everyone working was wonderful!!!

One very amazing place to eat. Never ever had a bad experience. The food is so good. As well as the service. We love the fried mushrooms to start, then it’s a filet wrapped in bacon with fried shrimp a baked potato and salad . Lots of nice leftovers. Next time I’m getting my other favorite, the fall off the bone bbq ribs. They are Sublime. Kudos to the cooks , bartenders and the rest of the staff. Good job.

Had 6:45 reservation. Arrived at 6:05. Made to wait until 6:45, so we left after being ignored for 20 minutes.

Usually a very good experience here. However, tonight there were issues with two of our meals. One the steak was way over cooked - charred and burnt the other was cold and undercooked. Service was awesome however. We did not want to send the second steak back since we had already complained once. For their benefit it was on us for not sending it back. Hopefully, the next visit will be great as it usually is!

My experience at Saltgrass was mixed. I made a reservation for my GF’s birthday. I asked for a booth and the hostess was very abrasive. She made me feel uncomfortable that I asked. We didn’t get a booth. I actually asked my GF if I was rude to the hostess to elicit such an attitude. She said I was very polite. So we get a table. The food was fine. The fried pickles and peppers was really good, though they’re stingy with the ranch. My porterhouse was good and cooked properly. The drinks were good. I do feel when you order a glass of champagne, it should be a full glass, with equal amounts poured. They brought out a tiny bottle and split it in two with unequal amounts in the glass. The waiter was a nice guy. The hostess should not be a hostess. It’s basically a more quiet Texas Roadhouse. I expected a higher end dining experience, so it was a little underwhelming.
