Combining a love of the ocean with quality house made local produce, Saltwater caters to a broad range of tastes, balancing craft and comfort. We offer a relaxed atmosphere with food and drinks to match. Paired with 270 degree waterfront views including the Phillip Island Bridge, the eastern entrance and Westernport Bay to the north. All contributing to make Saltwater both a destination venue, and a favourite for locals alike.

The seafood was not fresh and the scallop was smelly. Returned chowder. Pizza king prawn was tasteless. Sorry but just being honest. Will not spend my big dollars there again.

We visited for lunch on 19 April. The food was great and the venue absolutely scenic and fantastic. The staff were great, what I wonderful experience. Only criticism is that the muscles main was small for a main meal and the muscles not very big. The rest of the food was great.

Great location overlooking the bridge and jetty. Watched the tide coming in as we enjoyed our pizza and wine. Service was fantastic and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Saltwater was great and we highly recommend it. We arrived late but the staff made us welcome. Although the kitchen was about to close, they made sure we could order. The meal was great, the staff very friendly and enthusiastic, and the venue is very nice. I imagine Saltwater would be a really busy “pumping” venue in summer. Six stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place formlunch with friends. Been here a number ofbtimes and always enjoyed it. Lovely staff, very helpful and attentive Food was excellent as were the drinks. Atmosphere was lovely very relaxed. Will be back again

Premium prices for budget service. Waitress took drinks order, advised water is get your own and wouldn’t take food order, that’s the food guy I was told. I don’t mind low service if the food prices reflect this but for $40 for a seafood chowder, it’s reasonable to expect better service. Might as well have been at an IKEA food hall and taken the discount.

One of, if not the loveliest restaurant I’ve ever been to. The staff and food was wonderful, and exceeded our expectations. They fulfilled my special request’s perfectly, making mine and my boyfriends anniversary so special. I absolutely recommend this place and will be coming back here! Food was delicious too!!
