Located in the heart of Five Points, just steps from the University of South Carolina’s campus and less than a mile from the state capitol building, Saluda’s has been impressing Columbia residents and visitors since it opened to much fanfare in 1996. Saluda's has created an exciting menu intermingling classically prepared dishes with cutting edge techniques and ingredients. Saluda's menu is built around mixing locally grown seasonal products with luxurious ingredients from around the world. Saluda's features Southern cuisine with French and Italian influences to create a menu both familiar and new. Our professional and courteous staff serves all of our guests with true Southern hospitality.

Everything about our experience was great, except for the room we were in. A large part of the experience at Saluda's is the beautiful main dining room. We were put in a private dining room that is a cold square room with no decor whatsoever, especially compared to the main dining room. I asked if we could be moved as we were being seated and they said they were too crowded. It would have been nice for them to ask if it was ok to seat us there before they took us to the table, because that was not stated when we made the reservation. However, the drinks, service, food and wine were all very good!! We love Saluda's but were surprised about the auxiliary room. We will go back, but we will ask about seating next time!!

First visit. Food was great! Service was great! Environment was great! Thank you to the chef and servers. It was a pleasure! Steak was the best I’ve had in Columbia! Can’t wait to visit again.

The food, the service, the ambience is always top-notch. Our server, Andy, was perfect. All of our dishes were very well prepared. This is in the top 3 (2?) restaurants in Columbia. Never disappoints!

This occasion was for my wife's birthday, and we couldn't have been more satisfied. We were greeted promptly, taken to our nice cozy table, and the server was outstanding and took care of our needs quickly. The star of the show was the entrees prepared. We enjoyed them thoroughly. Thanks for a great night celebrating my wife's birthday. We'll be back...

Food was amazing. Loved the atmosphere. Our server, Elena, was incredibly nice. We we were in town to visit USC and she happens to be a student. She not only gave us the best service, but also answered several questions about USC. Being in the restaurant business for a while when I was younger, I appreciate this kind of personal service. Looking forward to visiting Saludas again!
