SALVAJE is a RoofTop Experience where you will find a fusion of Mediterranean Japanese gastronomy while enjoying an equally exquisite architectural design and a relaxed atmosphere that lifts you as the night approaches with our resident DJ performing live every night.

The phenomenon that began in Panama City and is now all over the world, in cities as Madrid, Dubai, Valencia, Bogota, Mexico City, Guatemala, and others, has brought artists and celebrities from Hollywood and other corners of the world, to our doorstep, becoming a hot spot in every town.

We take phone calls from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., however there might be a little delay to answer calls during service hours. Please text us if we weren't able to take your call.

    Coming back after four years they still have the same great food. The quality of the service, however, has dropped a little bit compared to our last visit; staff was helpful but not really friendly.

    Do not come here for good food and fast service. The dumplings never came, the food came so late the waiter kept apologizing but waiting about 2 hrs for entree is unacceptable. Then came the raw meat we sis not touch and the driest sushi rice I’ve ever had. Will not go back and do not recommend!

    Simply a joke. Got it a bit early to see if we could be seated earlier and they said that they would start letting people in at 9:30 pm. We sat at 9:30 pm sharp. It was 11:45 pm when they brought the first appetizer. We asked the waitress several times she kept apologizing and didn’t know what to do. $1000 dinner that we didn’t even enjoy. We left. The waitress did her best. We were not the only ones complaining. I expect the restaurant to refund us. Wouldn’t recommend the place to no one.

    The service was terrible, to get drinks was next to impossible and the restaurant wasn’t even full, food was nothing to be wowed about and took over an hour. The location is beautiful and music Was good but we will not be going back at all.

    I went for my birthday party. The servers seemed very in experienced and under staffed. Besides the food not being very good, the sushi didn’t seem fresh. Food was brought in a rush and no of us knew what was being brought. Ordering the check was a whole ordeal. It took forever. My friends credit card was lost by the staff and then they found it stuck in the machine. The decoration is very nice. But that is about it.

    When Advertising Golden hour until 8pm, you commit to take order until that time. We arrived at 6pm ordered drinks and food and paid the check around 7:20pm. We decided to hang around some more and ordered 3 prossecos and crispy rice salmon at 7:34pm. The server indicated to us the golden hour was until 7pm. We asked to speak to the manager who hardly speaks English and confirmed despite showing the menu scanned from the table, that he was not allowing for us to take advantage of the specials. After insisting he said “ok I give you another 20 minutes!! We still paid full price on the drinks!!!!! Change your menu and get your people trained on how to make customers happy.
