Love the Hamachi Kama! Their Miso soup is stocked with mushroom which tasted great than any regular miso soup! Michelle the waitress gave good service

We originally had a table reserved for the outdoor patio but the hostess with the fabulous glittery skirt was kind enough to seat at the bar. I was happy with either one as it was a beautiful night. The two guys behind the bar were professional, prompt and energetic. They worked well together. The food is insane!!!! Spicy tuna roll topped with shredded fried potato sticks, shrimp tempura with 3 sauces to choose from, salmon sashimi just to name a few. All too notch 👌🏼 Keep up the great work Sandfish, you should all be so proud.

one of the finest dining experiences I've had in Palm Springs! The food was exceptional - the flavors were incredible and the seafood was tasty! The staff was also excellent. If you like seafood, this is the place to try! If you're a vegetarian, some good vegetarian options as well. Definitely plan a return trip to this restaurant when I'm back in Palm Springs!

Super mixed experience. Our server was friendly and items came quickly and professionally. Yay! We sat outside … the ambiance wasn’t memorable, but the music was nice. Yay! But the food and drinks were epically bad. We ordered all over the menu and the consistent theme was “barely edible.” All cuts of fish were of an extraordinarily low quality, the duck in the duck bao buns was simultaneously bone dry and devoid of flavor, and even basic things like spicy edamame were a mess (wildly overcooked to the point of mush and smothered in tobacco sauce). The lobster “mousse” in the squash blossoms was the consistency of somewhere between jello and rubber. The drinks weren’t much better. The manhattan was decent (not great, not horrible … just decent) and I ordered a beer … which was served in a can … and it was warm … and served with a warm pint glass … for $14. I don’t mind paying $14 for a beer, but I at least expect it to have been refrigerated. This restaurant is just that bad. Sandfish markets itself as this hip, high end Japanese fusion restaurant. If you’re visiting from SF, NYC, Tokyo or Honolulu, prepare to be wildly disappointed.

It was all good. The highlight of our dinner was the eel nigiri and the Koko signature rolls. This is our second time dining in so we came back again but we felt like they changed something on their menu.
