Sandy Point Beach House is a casual fine dining restaurant featuring gourmet burgers and a market driven rotating feature menu. These features will showcase Chefs ingredient focused fusion cuisine that the lake shore knows and loves. Located minutes from Lake Michigan, near Kirk Park and West Michigan bike trails, the beach house atmosphere is best described as modern Chicago loft space meets lake-shore cottage. The pierogis were really good; most in our group had the mussels - also delicious. Serve was great!

We really appreciated that we could get in right away for a nice dinner on a busy Saturday night, when everything in Holland was a 60+ min wait! Being able to use OpenTable to see availability was why we chose to go here! Ambience was lovely, great service. Enjoyed the whitefish and pierogis. The Dirty Shirley drink tasted like cough syrup- would not recommend. Was bummed that they were out of the coconut halibut, which was what I’d wanted. The pistachio crème brûlée was- interesting. Despite that, it was a good experience, and I like the new menu.

Our server, Logan, was friendly and very helpful. Attentive to know when to come over, but not fawning over us. Our dinner was amazing. We eat here about once a month, but we had out-of-town guests and really wanted a great experience for them. SPBH did not disappoint any of us. Our guests raved about their dinner!!

Sandy Point Beach House served the best fish and chips I’ve had in years. It’s not fancy, but has a happy vibe! The service was excellent, and there was even live music!

Father's Day and server was very accommodating to move us to an outdoor table with shade. Despite being told over phone when we made reservations, there were no Father's Day specials which was disappointing.. Tomato soup with Borsin cheese was excellent. Another member of our party had fish chowder and said it was amazing. Fish tacos were disappointing.. soggy taco shells and despite all the interesting Toppings somehow lacking much flavor. I wouldn't order tacos again. Beach House Burger was enjoyed. Veggie Burger needed much more flavor.. was very dry and bland. Needs sauce or at least mustard. Beet Salad was good. Lemon Cake was nice but too sweet. Pistachio Creme Brulee was inspired. Overall food was average but good and we'll come back. It was lunchtime when we dined and would like to see what the chef does with breakfast and dinner.
