Sangiovese Ristorante was founded in 1994 bringing authentic Italian to Indianapolis' North Side. Chris Evans, Owner/Operator of Sangiovese, has maintained dedication to his loyal clientele by providing the highest quality ingredients and impeccable service. Sangiovese works toward letting guests sit back and enjoy a great bowl of pasta with a nice glass of Vino!

The food was very good. The Salmon and Tomato Bisque are always consistent. I felt the spacing of the food could have been better, i felt rushed throughout the meal. The alcohol was overpriced , $ 13 for a whiskey on the rocks was a bit more than i prefer to pay at a neighborhood restaurant. Not sure it was a 2 oz pour.

It was an awesome evening. The food was delicious and the ambiance was very cozy and warm. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. It was a great evening and will be going again.

Our server Sandra D. Was so pleasant! She was very attentive and courteous. The food was fantastic. This was the first time we had been there. It was our anniversary it was such a nice surprise to have a sign on the table wishing us a Happy anniversary. We would will be back and will recommend to family and friends.

Excellent food. Excellent service. This was our first time there and, since it was in a strip mall and not that easy to see from the road, we had a little trouble finding it. Still, the parking lot was packed. Anyway, the food was worth it. They don’t have that many tables and they seemed very busy, so you probably should make a reservation.

Everything was great except the automatic 20% tip on our party of 6. The restaurant management should trust the patrons to tip according to service and we had great service.

We love this Sangiovese location. It's smaller and more intimate than the Fishers location and it's really great for date nights. The drinks, food, and service are always excellent. And the Live and Let Die cocktail is outstanding! My wife, who usually hates bourbon, even orders it when we dine here.
