excellent experience from start to finish. our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations for appetizers, main plates and desserts. we had pinchos de atún and alcapurrias for appetizers. they were amazing. everything tasted so fresh and delicious. for our main plate, we had camarones con trifongo. the trifongo was delicious a little sweet and savory and then the camarones were huge in a delicious creamy garlic sauce. NO REGRETS! for dessert, I had the salted caramel pot. similar to a creme brulee but with salted caramel. it was to die for! the drink we had was delicious! we ordered the spicy paloma. you absolutely won't regret dining here!

Bartender was not friendly at all. Forgot drink order

Oh no, how could the bartender possibly forget your drink order? It's not like they're juggling a dozen other tasks in a loud, chaotic environment or anything. And not being friendly? How dare they not plaster on a giant fake smile just for you. Clearly, their sole purpose in life should have been to cater to your every whim. What an unforgivable betrayal of hospitality! 🙄

Santaellea was the perfect restaurant for a vibey dinner out. The ambiance was perfect and the food was amazing! Every bite was full of flavor, fresh, and tastefully crafted. If you’re looking for a great dinner spot, that’s lively, look no further. Recommendations: burrata and quesadilla for apps. Dinner: the sea bass was cooked perfectly. Hands down one of my favorite preparations of seabass. The only complaint is we had a 9:45 reservation and our table was not ready until 10:15. The kitchen closes at 10:30… so we had to get our orders in quickly. Being on vacation and kids free … we were okay with the slight delay. Bravo to the service team and kitchen!
