Nestled on a leafy corner of London Road — SANTINO is lying in wait. Dog friendly areas and offering something for the whole family. Drinks with friends or Sunday Brunch, we’ve got you covered! Most importantly, we only source fresh produce from local suppliers, straight from our kitchen to your table.

Steaks weren't cooked to medium, were well done and way too salty. Portion of roasted veg smelt and looked off. Focaccia bread again way too salty and dry. Carbonara was delicious as was the pornstar martinis. No one came to ask how meal was. We did complain and were compensated.

We had a lovely afternoon here. The food was good and the ambience pleasant. We found the service to be perfect and at no point did we feel rushed or had to wait too long. Staff really friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

Service was good, very pleasant waiting staff. Chicken burger was lovely, my colleagues x 3 all had macaroni cheese & it was a tad tasteless unfortunately. This was passed onto staff, apologies were made but no £ off the bill. Cheesecake lovely, creme brulee very small but nice.

Booked for 8 people. Service was good, some people may think service was slow but it was perfect for us, gave us time to enjoy our meal and chat between courses. There are no prices on menu which is not ideal . Food was delicious and good portion size. As a group we agreed that a few tweaks would make it perfect, e.g scoop of ice cream with the cheesecake, cream with the doughballs, a dip with some of the starters . But we all enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the service. We spent around 3 and 1/2 hours in there having our meal, there was no hurry for our table. Will definitely return

Hi Caroline, all of our menus have prices, they are the red numbers after the dish. We have had a few questions about this so we will try and make it clearer in our next menu update. As for sauces and cream/ice cream, all of our servers would be more than happy to add this onto the dish for you! Again, with the next menu update we will make this a clear option to add a scoop of ice cream etc. Thank you very much for your kind words and we will take all of your advice on board for our next menu. Staff are attentive and not intrusive. White wine was perfectly chilled. Mains were Turkey and Italian Winter Stew from the Festive menu and then Tiramisu and Raspberry Sorbet with meringue and limoncello drizzle. Drinks were a bottle of Chardonnay and a gin and tonic. Iced water provided without needing to ask. Nice glassware on tables.

Excellent quick meal. Seafood tagliatelle & Chicken pesto penne was very very good. Then very good capuchino to finish

Meals did not come to table together, and sides were delayed. Fries were cold. Mains were desperately under seasoned and tasteless.

the staff were so attentive and food was delicious, the atmosphere was just so nice and the table we were sat at was fantastic will definitely be back here more often

Love the interior design, a very relaxing environment. The food was very tasty and large portions our only complaint was the pasta dish cooled quickly, could maybe benefit from heated plate. This was only reason for scoring 4 out of 5. Very good value for money.
