Since opening in 2003, Santorini on Oxford has delighted Darlinghurst with authentic Greek fare served amidst the laid-back yet lively ambiance the Mediterranean is renowned for. Painted in traditional Greek white and blue and furnished with elegant white linen clad tables, Santorini evokes a relaxed Mediterranean seaside vibe. By night, Santorini on Oxford turns it up a notch with upbeat Greek music and a buzz of excitement filling the restaurant as well as the open kitchen.

From there, the sight and smell of Santorini's char grilled meats, succulent fresh seafood and other authentic Greek classics - like moussaka baked in its own terracotta dish and souvlaki cooked on an open spit by the entrance - is hard to resist.

Took my aunt who had just arrived from England and we had a fabulous seafood platter. - she was really impressed. The busy atmosphere added to the authentic feel. We had a great night .
