The innovative dining concept and sister restaurant to RASA, provides a calm oasis in the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment District.     We have been to both Rasa and Sara and they are great. However, Sara did surpass our expectations. Tasting menu of 9 courses for $89pp was a really good deal (Wednesday $69pp). Great food, cozy restaurant and outstanding service. Definitely recommend making a reservation if you don’t want to wait because it does get full. Seating Tip: Try to avoid corner tables in the second floor. They are a little small and usually given to 2 people, but you almost feel like you are seating with the table next to you. I’m glad they were able to relocate us to a separate 2-people table.

    great food and service, atmosphere was really nice, we sat upstairs and it was lively but not so loud you can't hear a conversation. Food was also very delicious and the meals had an interesting mix of ingredients, would come back to try the other items on the menu.

    Food was delicious and service was great! Would come back. I had a voucher and the process was seamless. Ikura latke was a fave!

    Food was great. Seating at the bar was super tight. Guy next to us was very loud and didn’t stop yapping. Couldn’t hear the bartender explain the dishes (tasting menu) due to noise.

    Wasn’t as good as we remembered. Food was good not great. Too much of a lull between plates. Staff was friendly. Not a terrible experience but given the choice of similar restaurants I’d go elsewhere.

    I took my girlfriend here for her birthday dinner. We had such a beautiful time! The staff here are so courteous and helpful. They really went well above our expectations. Emma (? I think this was her name) was so helpful and friendly. She really went out of her way to make us have such an enjoyable evening. Also, she really knows her wine! We loved that. Joey, our server at the bar was absolutely perfect. He knew exactly how to take care of us. The food came at perfect intervals, allowing us to properly finish our wines without feeling rushed. He paired the wines deliciously and helped describe the nose and palate and how it would taste with our meal. It was such a lovely evening. Thank you!! <3
