When you are craving homemade Southern-style cuisine crafted with heart and soul, Fairhope residents and visitors flock to Saraceno's for the area's finest. Most guests choose to help themselves from the buffet, which is always laden with fine plates like the smoked chicken, tender pork ribs, jambalaya, fried fish, fried pork chops and meatloaf, accompanied by such sides as crispy salad, hot soups, cornbread, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, hominy and collard greens. In addition to the buffet, Saraceno's also has a sandwich meu from which diners can choose, including piled-high options like the pulled pork smothered in tangy barbecue sauce and the classic reuben with beef, sauerkraut and melted swiss cheese.Be sure to stop by Saraceno's for its all-you-can-eat seafood buffet every Friday night. If possible, save room for a homemade dessert to round out your meal, like the creamy banana pudding topped with vanilla wafers.
